The worst customer service from the member of staff who works at customer service by the name of Khadija. She's very grumpy and un professional. She has no manners when she dealing with customers. Gossiping at the desk and talks like a rude little child. I been shopping at this Waitrose for 3+ years and there wasn't even one time she smiled or made me feel like a valued,welcomed customer. You need to re train your staff or she should be working at the back of the stock since she is not people friendly.
