Only reason Im placing one star is because I had to give one, of all the bad experiences Ive had with TrustFord this has to be the worst of them all, they do not answer the phone are reluctant to do any work and will not give you a straight answer, I waited 6 weeks for a van and they didnt do a thing to it. Poor customer service and mechanical know how. Couldve done more myself beating it with a spoon.

This Ford's sells new & used cars they do MOT's & Services they have a waiting area where you can get tea/coffee they are very polite & helpful..Worth every penny spent on my car..
Never have I had such bad experience, I Waited over a week for my sync navigation to be sorted. Thanks to the staff member Sapphyre I was able to keep patient. Other than that poor service.
