Me, my daughter and husband are all patients at Puresmile Ealing for a couple of years now. We have all had great experiences here. Both the reception staff and the dentists are very friendly and professional. The dentist doesn't push treatment on you if it isn't needed, which I've found can be a problem elsewhere. She also does a thorough check for any potential issues. My 4 yo daughter feel at ease with the dentist and was not intimidated at all during her appointment, which easily can happen with small children. I'd recommend this clinic.
The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. I managed to get an emergency appointment for the next day. So far so good.
