Lovely lady who is very friendly & produces beautiful flower arrangements. Not many great florists locally but this is one of them.

Fantastic local florist. Great selection of flowers and plant's. Very helpful and friendly staff. I rang them midweek to place an order for a collection on Saturday. When arriving at the shop my order was ready to collect. A professional and efficient service. I definitely recommend!
Their service sucks. On November 5th 2018 I placed an order through the bloomstudio.co.uk website. I promptly received the order confirmation email. However when my gf sent me a picture of what she received it was clearly not the plant I ordered. I ordered the flowers for her from Seattle so I had to stay up late to make the phone call. The lady on the phone was rude and had the audacity to tell me that "She had nothing to do with it" despite me using her website to place the order. She said even if we returned the plant she wouldn't accept it. Claiming that the "order was declined." If the order was declined why did they bill me anyway? It just seemed like a scam the entire time, they kept playing dumb. When I emailed eflorist they claimed the order number was bogus despite me forwarding my confirmation email. Then they just kept bouncing me around and restarting the conversation with at least 5 different people introducing themselves so far. Zero real effort was made to resolve this, i think were trying to run me in circles until I would forget about it.
When I placed an order with you for a Summer Breeze bouquet and you couldn't fulfill it, YOU should have contacted me to say so, because you rejected it and sent it to a shocking so called florist called E-florist who delivered an embarrassing few stems (not even the ones advertised in the advert). Several photos of the abysmal offering has been sent to them with complaints and they won't rectify it in any way. Saying it's appalling is an understatement- thanks Bloom Studios, never shall I order locally again from you!
