The good news is that I am very happy with my Tedrad sofas, they're beautiful and great quality, plus Brentham are very competitive on price. HOWEVER, what an ordeal I had getting them! Service pre-sale was great but it all went downhill from there. Websites confusingly said in some places 4-6 weeks for delivery and 6-8 weeks in others. In actual fact it took 15 weeks for the sofas to arrive and I was only given one delivery date option or advised it would be another 4 weeks if I couldn't make that delivery date. Lots of chasing on my part and very little pro-active updates from Brentham's side. It also took 6 weeks just to get a sample for a cushion which again required lots of chasing from me. Finally, website photography is misleading...sofa showed two cushions but only one comes free with the product.I appreciate that the delay was down to Tedrad rather than Brentham but I think Brentham could have done a better aftersales job. No compensation was offered other than discount vouchers to go towards another purchase but they didn't ever arrive.
Excellent retail experience. Keen pricing for Stressless recliner, knowledgeable support and advice when I called Dan for info, not only free delivery but set the chair up for me too, prior to arrival. All communication with Dan, Andy and Emma was very professional, would not hesitate to recommend Brentham or to use them again.
We got a great deal at Brenthams and are very pleased with the new sofa set. Excellent service from start to finish. Happily recommended.
