I am really disappoined!!!!Our teen son was joining this gym since they were opened. On the meeting day me and my son was told that we can stop joining the gym by giving one month written notice which i have given in August.Today we have received an email from Harlands saying that we need to pay the joining fee plus the charges of 20 ! I have called them and explained that we've gave one month written notice. I have been told that they received information from the gym itself that they can cancel our son's membership at end of October!!!! Causing as paying one month fee but charges were cancelled at this point i've been told!!!!! Please be aware what you are told from the start and i hope you would not have problems to cancel it like our family did!
I was a member of this gym for a year whilst living in West Ealing, it is without doubt the friendliest of gyms that I've used. The staff are all more than willing to answer any questions. I attended the circuits classes twice a week and they were always very good. Chev in particular was always very helpful and is a great PT. The value for money here makes it a no brainer for anyone in the area, highly recommend.
