Long over due! Future hair naturalist journey: I got an evening appt as I had a flight scheduled in a couple of days and Lush did not disappoint. It was pretty quite evening but it had a great vibe to it. The owner sinead was very accomadating as I came in hair washed and ready to cut. She sat me down went over with me again what wed discussed for the big CHOP. This was the first time id ever gotten it cut so I was a little nervous, but my nerves were settled by the great ambience of the salon and Sinead because shes lovely and kept my mind busy. Once cut down to a 2, we then dyed it blonde stripping it back and let it sit. I got a high pain thresh hold but LADIES dont dye your hair if its that time of the month, it hurts more! Although, sinead was very attentive when it came to massaging it in, washing, putting music on and then aftercare. I got given tips for aftercare and styling points which was amazing because now I know what my hair likes and doesnt like - leave in conditioner, oil treatments etc. Also, I got an oil treatment because dying hair strips it of natural oils so overall, I came out laid and looking like sunshine in time for my trip. *********Avoid!******Unprofessional behaviour. My hair wasn't done as I waneed, so tried to arrange for it to be corrected. Made an appt, turned up the shop was closed! Apparently they forgot about my appt! Hasn't texted back to apologise or try to rearrange!!! Absolutely disgusted!!! Would never recommend! I suggest that you go to another professional salon instead! ****Avoid****
I must say that Ive always received good and efficient service when I go to this salon. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.. Most importantly I love the creative hair styles, so I always leave the salon loving myself, because I know my hair is on point.... Keep up the good work girls
I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and I have never been disappointed with the service. The staff are friendly especially the owner Sinead who is a very professional and experienced hairdresser. They always offer useful haircare advice and my hair has improved since going there. I highly recommend Lush London, if you are looking for a great versatile Afro/ European salon at an affordable price.
Such a wonderful service from a very dedicated hairdresser. She knew I was graduating tomorrow and couldn't fit me in earlier so stayed open into the evening to do my hair. I was so impressed by her and her commitment to her clients that I booked my second appointment midway through my first. I would definitely recommend.
