They've changed my watch battery a couple of times & did a decent job but their manner when dealing with customers is pretty offhand, & I found them rudely inflexible too. So even though they're local & convenient, I won't be using their services again. Bad business.
I inherited my late mothers wedding and engagement ring. Unfortunately it was too small for me and had to get it enlarged. I was very nervous taking it to a jeweller and did some research first and decided on Pan Rings. I can now highly recommend their service to anyone. I don't like writing negative reviews but on my second visit to this place for the same thing (I can't believe I forgot about my bad experience the first time around!) I owe it to everyone thinking of visiting the place that a warning is in order.The place is just like many High Street Jewelers and they sell a lot of "bling". On my particular visit I came in to have the battery to my watch replaced. I came in to the store and saw three people, two of which were having a heated discussion. I didn't want to be rude so I let them talk it out. All three of them, presumably staff, knew I came in. The third person was tinkering with a watch and just ignored me, and the other two.It wasn't until a few minutes later that I had to interrupt someone so I can get assistance. I received some nasty glares from the two people who were arguing, and was directed to the third person who acted as if I wasn't there the entire time!I remember this person. The last time I was here I had to change the battery of one of my watches as well and this particular person talked to me in a very condescending manner. This second time was no different and I was charged 25 to change the battery of a watch!I'm not rating the place 1 star as they have some really cool stuff to decorate a room with, but I do advise to keep your stay as short as possible.
