Don't use this launderette. I feel obliged to warn others after using it to attempt to wash a duvet. The wash took over four hours rather than one hour as suggested by the instructions. It was still running when the launderette closed so I had to leave it to finish overnight, meaning it would have been lying wet in the machine after finishing for several hours. When I picked it up the next morning it was indeed wet, but even worse it had several large green stains on it! For a spoilt duvet and several hours of my time wasted I paid 6.50 If something goes wrong there is no contact number in the launderette to seek help. I've since been told that others of the machines in this launderette do not work properly and/or take much longer than the instructions suggest. But apparently the owner does not care and will not even put "out of order" signs on machines that don't work properly, like the one I used. So, don't use this laundrette. There are others in the area. This is the only review I've ever posted using Google, but I wanted to warn others.
Used machine 26 (extra large) to wash my duvet. The prewash detergent compartment does not get washed , had to push my detergent manually in thr machine. Noone around to help.
