I contacted them via email and first impression very poor. Contacted them with a new conveyancing enquiry and no response. Only one chance to make a good first impression. Will be going elsewhere obviously too busy or dont care. Professionals are no longer professional. Manners and courtesy cost nothing. Based on my experience I recommend you avoid.
