Staff really do know their stuff in all aspects of security. Had my lock completely overhauled so no more struggling with hitting the sweet spot when turning the key, pricey but so worth it. An unintended consequence was that the live-in lock spider was made homeless. Also did a great job of buffing up to gleaming a pair brass handles that needed a new latch, free of charge. Thanks guys!
I placed a tiny order for a window restrictor. The courier didn't quite manage to find the house (twice) and R&R couldn't have been nicer trying to get it sorted. They could have given up for such a small thing but pressed on trying to get a decent courier response and followed up. Thanks!
