Thank you to two members of Mattock Pharmacy (Ealing) for your help to immunise my children against chickenpox. My children were both under 5 years and after their injections both cried quite a bit all the staff were so kind, positive and informative about the entire process. Rajan Shah gave them their first vaccine on 11/05 an then a lovely lady who I can't remember the name of. Both were experienced and answered all my questions with ease. Was informed that i would get a call to see how the new emergency asthma pump was working/helping. No call came. After 10 days felt no better went to my usual chemist who informed me i had been given the wrong type dispenser, went back got it changed with no apology. Repeat prescription was given month later same wrong pump issued....Greatly annoyed wasted time..
A Pharmacist, pharmacy assistant and whole team are less experienced. My wife went to this pharmacy to get my son medicine and a Indian man in his suit gave me antibiotics with less water and then return for replacement but Indian man added water on the top to hid his mistake. Two times wrong lebel information corrected and for me Never this pharmacy again.
The pharmacy is clean and light and looks modern. I have yet to see someone that seem to want to work there or even just a hint of a smile. The three times I've been always felt like I was a severe inconvenience. As much as I want to support local independant business, this one does not seem to like me
