Used west ealing mini cab service recently on a trip to London and will definable use them again and recommend them to anyone. If your looking for a reliable service, helpful and friendly drivers who are on time with brilliant communication to ensure your trip runs to plan than these guys definitely get my 5 stars, awesome service you'd be mad not to use them.
These guys are shockers , they dont turn up on time they lie to you about when they will arrive , they are rude when you complain regarding their lateness , use Uber , take a bike , walk , but dont rely on these Jokers . Should not be given a licence to operate.
Customer service is just horrible the guy on the phone hung up on me and was very rude and gave a lot of attitude I DO NOT RECOMMED THIS CAB STATION !!!!!!!!!!
0/5...absolutely ridiculous person answered the phone with poor English, did not listen to what I was saying at all and kept pointing out irrelevant info about where he is based and where I'm calling from. Rude and unfriendly, hung up the phone saying "he doesn't have time"...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Thank god we didn't get around to even getting in their taxi!!!
