Staff forgot to pack my blouse which was part of a lehenga set. When I called to enquire about it they forgot to contact me. I called again and they acknowledged the missing blouse. I live more than an hour away, so I asked them to post it since I needed it for the upcoming weekend and initially they asked me to pay postage. It wasnt my fault they hadnt packed it, and therefore they said they could only post it 2 weeks later even though the post office is a 30 second walk away from the store. My friend went to collect it, and he said there were staff who were stood around doing nothing. Very disappointed in customer service.
