Between sales staff and management the pricing of goods/tailoring is not clarified. It should be easy to explain to customers the tailoring offered between uk and indian (big difference), but this is not clarified when ordering.

The Laadki team was exeptional. The beating heart of The store. Paid really good attention to detail. Out of her way to serve us and The customer is centre of attention. Lush. In Welsh we say Las. Brilliant service.
Extremely rude owner and sidekick witch. Removed tassles off blouses and sold them separately to gain more profit. We spotted this and pointed it out that the suit looks odd. So requested them to be added for free. They told us to buy it if we wanted it. Started raising their voices at us that they sold hundreds and how much sales they've had with no problems. They clearly love bragging about themselves, no humility, owners talks back to customers. No appreciation and no respect. As a man he disrespected my mum and told her to control her tongue for saying he can't talk to customers like that. I told him to control his tongue but he started being rude saying he won't if we won't as it works both ways. Loudmouth Sidekick fat witch kept shouting from across the store repeating the same words he was. Then the assistant had the nerve to say if I still wanted the outfit I picked. Will never buy from them. Cheap prices for cheap quality products sold by cheap disgusting people. Breaching unfair trading standard rules including no refunds. Definitely reporting them.
