Bought a bike for my 3 year old son for Christmas. It was the pedal pals jungle Jim one to be specific. Everything inside the box was in tatters... ripped card and screws everywhere. There was heavy rusting in areas of the bike. The wheels were clogged up with dry mud. Worst of all... the tools needed were missing, as were the stabilisers! Someone has clearly opened this... used it and stolen half of it. The staff at ealing Broadway argos took this item back without checking it... then resold it without checking it. Absolutely atrocious, unacceptable service which has ruined Christmas for my son. It is an absolute joke of an operation. This was a 69.99 bike I would like to add. They have no clue. Open and check everything you ever buy from this place.
