I always enjoy looking at and touching the quality of the M&S products, then making my decision which to purchase. There is always something for everyone's style at a reasonable price. The staff are always approachable and helpful, making my shopping at M&S a more pleasurable experience. I enjoy using my Sparks card too.
Great store. Great range of food. I love their soup and pies. I love the bra measurements service they do. They have a great range of different Bras and I always buy my bra from Marks and Spencer and no other store because they do no come to my liking and don't last long like Marks and Spencer Bras. I definitely will be visiting here again to do my shopping again.
I give my local Ealing branch 5* only because services and members of staff are wonderful. I have been their customer for 30 years and my specials gratitude goes to Jane, David (the happy manager)and Jon, who are always so caring and helpful. Thank you for all your efforts and hard work before Christmas to ensure that supply and choice of food was sufficient for all Ealing residents.Bakery counter display has really a lot to desire. I rarely find my favourite ciabatta rolls and generally rolls and bread supply is lacking choice. I often have to travel to Marble Arch branch which offers an abundance and choice of unimaginable level.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, and today, while collecting our order of festive food, they really excelled themselves. Staff went way above and beyond to accommodate shoppers and make the whole experience almost completely stress free. My favourite M&S store in London.
A great branch of M&S from as far as I can remember. During the past 20+ years, it's always had friendly staff and perfect clothing and food ranges. Various displays and shop layout has always been very good.
