Like many landlords I unfortunately had a tenant that fell on hard times and struggled to pay the rent. It was a stressful time but I am so incredibly glad I assigned Northfields to do the rent collection as they were super helpful and professional throughout the process. In particular Abigail Lomo-Dash was so incredibly helpful and kind and I owe a great deal of thanks to her and the management team for all their efforts. If anyone is looking for an agent that is honest, responsive and understanding I would strongly advise they speak to the Northfields team!

The communication from Abraham and his colleagues was reasonable. We received helpful weekly updates, although we received less communication between these occasions - even when required. Valuation advice was on the optimistic end of the spectrum, but this was our experience from all the agents we met with. It was also reflective of the market we found ourselves in. Out of the agents we met with, we are happy we decided to instruct Abraham and Northfields estate agent

Avoid the agency, even if the advertisement sounds attractive it is too good to be true. Even if you are desperate, go to another agency. It is better to pay more, but to get better service, that nothing at all and been ripped off as a result.
