I had a house to let out and asked Winkworth to give me an appraisal for rentals. Fiona came that same day and told what needed to be done to achieve the best results. Within a week of the house being ready, she had viewings lined up and the house was rented out in within no time at all! She made sure i knew about the proposed tenants and managed all the admin for me - I live some distance away. April kept me informed at every stage. I did go to another agent close by, but they did not even bother to call me back! I am going to stick with Winkworth - they are easy to contact and the same people speak to me every time so they know what is going on - really professional.
