Very helpful staff, appointments readily available if you arrive first thing. I arrived at 8:15 and was out having been given a good amount of time with my doctor by 8:30.
I think this surgery is great. In keeping with the rest of the NHS, services are stretched but we've always been seen quickly and got the outcomes/referrals we needed. I've always found all the staff really professional and I've also seen them handle really difficult situations well.
Just had an appointment with the one of the nurse's this morning. 5 min wait and no issues with receptionists. I love their online system as you can book and cancel appointments , privately message the receptionists if you have any questions and see your entire medical history. I don't think it deserves the low review score it has on google reviews.
Dr Roman Folad has a lot of knowledge and knows how to help I reqest for appoitment wirh him. With rest of doctor I wasnt happy.
Recipient: fitts all the the rude, racists, aggressive and waste of NHS and taxpayers money! Screems like chiken because I backfire on her, chast pain she callae the police rather ambulance, lot's of and buts no service shame on you!
