Good luck getting past the recording service. I was no.15 for 30 minutes and better off going to A&E. Can't believe people are getting paid for this
Thank you so much Nurse Alison- you were AMAZING with my baby when he got his vaccines. Doctor Parekh seems to know what he is doing, but in 4 months I have made a lot of trips to the GP and to get blood tests, which is very hard- i am in excruciating pain, i need Nurofen just to be able to stand... So in 4 months no diagnostic, no referral to a specialist, nothing. I missed an appointment and the lady from the reception called and spoke angrily on the phone which is inadmissible. Doctors are changing constantly and I had to explain over and over the simptoms. No doctor locum will assume responsability and refer you to a specialist. I am greatly disappointed in this GP and would not recommend it to anyone!
My wife is in excruciating pain and for 4 months since she has been registered with the GP, she did not get a proper referral to a specialist. She is looking after a baby and it is very hard. Would not recommend this clinic. Nurse Alison was amazing !!! The rest - receptionists and doctors not so much.
Terrible gp. Rude staff. Speak down to you and not made to feel welcome. Now have an amazing gp.
Giving an extra star only because there is one nice lady at the reception and one amazing nurse. All the rest of the staff I find obnoxious. Went with my mom to see the nurse(she wasn't the nice one), she called us Romanian straight away and when I said we are Lithuanian, she didn't even know how to spell it. When I see a person with Asian looking background I don't even presume that person is from India or Pakistan - I find it racist and that might offend someone. They do very limited tests as well, and all the rest important stuff is passed on the other medical centre, and we need to book the appointments by ourselves, which is fair, but again, nurse tells us to go to the reception and they will book us for it - we go to the reception to find out we need to do it. Waste of time.Few months ago went with my son to see a gp - he has social issues and is non verbal. GP seeing him for the first time, after 3 minutes announced he is autistic. Seen many therapists and specialists and non of them said that in my face even after few sessions - it's a long process to get the diagnosis and I don't think it is a correct way to approach new patient. And, by the way, we asked for a referral, which apparently hasn't even been made. After a month when called the institution to double check, because we were waiting for way too long, found out we are not even on waiting list. Hopefully they will step up.
