Very nice hotel. Pleasant, neat, clean and affordable rooms. Modern Bathroom, AC and TV. Delicious breakfast buffet. Most friendly staff. Close to several tube lines as well as suburban shoping mall, restaurants, and pubs. Cosy bar inside.
Stayed 4 nights on business. Smallish rooms but okay. Complimentary bottled water provided for coffee maker the first night but not after, I had to use tap water. On the last night I advised a staff member that I was a guest at the hotel asked if it was okay to just sit with two friends and talk in their bar/restaurant. Although they said yes, shortly thereafter they approached my table to ask if I was a guest (again) and requested my name and room number. Upon return they said we had to order something or leave. Well, long story short I was quite embarrassment and we went ahead and ordered drinks. I talked to the front desk staff after my friends left and was told, "sorry". BTW, I think this is apparently a weird franchise "Hilton" and not a proper Hilton as we know them in the U.S.. Felt treated like a criminal by rude staff behavior, will not stay at again.
The Hotel was incredible, the staff were excellent offering a warm cookie as soon as we arrived. Check in was simple and only took a few moments, once we checked in, we got two key cards (which is a nice touch most hotels dont offer without requesting). There Is a fabulously swift lift to the floors which I was surprised about how quickly they actually took to get to the 5th floor. The rooms themselves which you can see in the pictures are a little small, but I always expect this in London. However, the quality of the rooms was impeccable, easily one of the best I have ever stayed in. There was a Nespresso machine which I have at home meaning it was quick and easy to operate and I know I like the coffee it makes, as well as complimentary water, both fizzy and still.Bathroom was small but nice and had all I needed. The shower didnt have hot or cold marked nor how to turn it on so it too a couple of minutes to get it right but other than that it was fine.The lounge area was amazing, plenty of drink choices. (not too expensive as we had two complimentary drinks vouchers.) the food for both breakfast and dinner was amazing as well. The area had great views onto the outside areas, televisions to watch sports on and open tables for conversation.Overall I enjoyed by stay and would be very happy to return if Im back in the Ealing area again.
Easy with good facilities for an overnight business stopover. The rooms are clean and comfy. The lighting in the lounge and restaurants is a little fun for my personal taste.
I am always a fan of Hilton. We had been there for an office party. The theme was Christmas. They arranged it very well, with caps and goodies. I didnt like the food that much though. The fish was with cream and spinach was delicious, but others were a little bland. But the ambiance was nice and they arranged the tables for our group. Nice hospitality.
