Staff was professional, hotel was overall clean. The room was very small and there was no closet at all. Breakfast was ok. Parking available across the street (if you're lucky).
We enjoyed our weekend stay at this hotel. The staff especially Ellie and John were most helpful with our parking difficulties as one member of our party is disabled. The rooms were clean and comfortable and just what we needed.
Easy and simple check in. Polite staff, straight forward. Room was clean and decent however the bed, not as comfortable as the other Travelodges I stay at. Perhaps it was just that mattress in that room. My biggest issue here was the morning of check out when we were still asleep.... The cleaners were banging around and making extreme amount of noise that it actually disturbed us and kept us up earlier then we would have liked. Otherwise a good stay, close to shops, a walk away from Ealing Broadway so good location!
Great location the hotel is clean, welcoming and the staff are polite and professional. John on reception is a star. He is very friendly and welcoming and really shows that he cares about the customers. A real credit to the business. Overall a great stsy
Great location and value for money with clean practical rooms and comfy beds. No issues whatsoever and the staff were very friendly. We were able to keep our bags in storage for a few hours after check-out too. Highly recommended for a good sleep in a no-frills hotel A+++
