generally helpful staff. some rooms better than others. advisable to request a rear facing room on floors 6 or 7 to get away from the traffic noise. good value food & drink.
Basic but you get what you pay for. Would have been 4 star's if for not poor house cleaning. A gas bottle found under bed, not great for a 7 Yr old to find. The room was good, staff pleasant. Not the best destination
Even though the building and facility are quite outdated, and noisy next to A406. However the stay was great, and boys did enjoy every minute in it. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Make sure you can get a room facing the back (away from A406), it was quiet. Room is very big and plenty of space for two boys with their own folding beds. Car park is safe with CCTV, however the car park main gate and side gate were closed during the night, so better to park it in the front where staff may have better visibility.
Lovely size room and clean to a high standard. Staff friendly and polite. Very good price. Will be staying there again.
Stay here whenever my wife and me have a break in London. Staff are always helpful. Restaurant is a nice size. Food is decent quality and not overly priced. Car park is not expensive. About a 10 minute walk to nearest tube station. 25 minute ride and you will be in central London. If I was being critical, the rooms could do with a bit more TLC but for the money you pay the overall impression is excellent.
