What a great little hotel, exceptionally polite staff, great service, breakfast was lovely and the room was clean and tidy. Very convenient for local shops.
Bed was just a little to firm firm for my liking but for London the room is incredibly quiet. All staff were brilliant and friendly especially Arman and Ozzy (spelling?). Only downside for me was the lack of any organised parking . Diolch from South Wales .
MR Herbie from the front desk was exceptional. He was a great help and did everything his capacity that both myself and my fiance had an exceptional stay.We were really made to feel at home and we we had a lovely stay.Great value for money, rooms were spotless and room service could not be faulted.Thankyou for a great stay
My family stayed at this lovely hotel over the December festivities. The staff was really friendly and professional! The decor is great and the rooms are good size and very clean! Location is great as well. They left very happy for the overall experience, so just wanted to say thanks.
Really nice modern clean rooms with super friendly staff. Try to get 502 (corner room on top floor). Includes everything you need a d the breakfast isn't bad. Excellent grab and go provision as well. Tube isn't too far, short walk or bus ride away. Thoroughly recommend
